The Ed Hosharian Band was formed in the 1960s by the late Edward Hosharian, a prominent musician/composer in the Armenian community. Since Ed's passing, his two sons Greg and Peter, decided to carry on the tradition of Armenian folk music and created what is now called The Hosharian Brothers Band.

Based out of Los Angeles California, the Hosharian Brothers Band offers music for all occasions; weddings, engagements, birthday parties, corporate parties, anniversary parties, picnics, dances, concerts, etc. Besides their vast repertoire in Armenian music, the Hosharian Brothers Band performs music in other styles and languages including, Russian, Arabic, Persian, Spanish, Greek and American.

Included in the American style is; Sinatra, Top 40, Rock and Roll, Dance, Disco, Jazz, Pop, Latin, Funk, Swing and Standards.  By Armenian tradition and upon request, the Hosharian Brothers Band is also available to 'play the bride out of her house' before the wedding ceremony.
